Guides & Tutorials
Three practical guides to help you set learning goals, practice with real content, and build consistency.
1
Set Up Your Daily Learning Goal
Start with a realistic plan you can sustain every day.
- Open the app and choose a daily goal in minutes for the next day.
- Pick a goal you can complete even on busy days (10–20 minutes is a good start).
- Use the progress view each evening to confirm you reached your target.
- Increase your goal gradually once your streak is stable.
Tip: consistency is more important than intensity during the first weeks.
2
Read Articles and Train With Audio
Combine contextual reading with pronunciation practice.
- Go to Articles and filter by latest, favorites, suggested, or unread.
- Open an article and tap unknown words to check definitions and examples.
- Switch voice and accent in settings, then replay difficult sentences.
- Save important words to favorites for quick review later.
Tip: pause audio after each sentence and repeat it aloud to improve fluency.
3
Use Quizzes to Reinforce Vocabulary
Turn review into daily active recall.
- Start with Word Quiz and Definition Quiz to validate retention.
- Check incorrect answers and replay pronunciation before retrying.
- Use “Mind The Gap” exercises to practice vocabulary in context.
- Review your XP, level, and completion metrics to adjust your weekly plan.
Tip: short daily quiz sessions are usually more effective than long weekly sessions.
